Closures, for short, are the natural counterpart to the registrations you already manage with us. Closures is a managed service that supports closing your state payroll tax accounts
State Unemployment Insurance (SUI) / State Unemployment Tax Act (SUTA)
State Withholding (WH)
Combined tax accounts
with the relevant state agency. To start, if you have a payroll provider who manages your account(s), you must request the closure with your payroll provider as they will verify eligibility and send you an invitation via email to begin the Closure process online. Our team handles the process with the agency from start to finish.
