How does Middesk pricing work?
Middesk partners with payroll providers to offer a seamless way to register for payroll taxes in new states in a simple, low-cost way that provides peace of mind. In order to learn more about Middesk pricing, you’ll need to reach out to your payroll provider to learn more.
Middesk pricing is set up as a one-time registration fee. For payroll tax registrations, Middesk or your payroll provider will charge a one-time fee per agency registration.
If your business were to submit a registration order for both state withholding tax and state unemployment insurance (SUI) tax within one state, the cost would consist of two one-time registration fees. For states with only one required tax type (such as Texas or Florida) where there is no income withholding tax, the cost would consist of one one-time registration fee.
