Does Middesk create an agency account for me?

Middesk will only create an online portal account when it is required to register your company with a tax agency. In some cases, an online portal account is not required for payroll tax registration, and Middesk will not create an account in these cases.

If Middesk has created an online portal account for your company, there will be a "Credentials" drop-down tab in the tax agency section which contains login information and a link to the relevant portal. If Middesk did not create an online portal account for your company, the tax agency section will contain a note that Middesk did not create an account for your company.

If you check your accounts page before your registration is completed, you may not find any information here until the registration has processed. If you are ever unsure if Middesk would have created an account for a given registration or you're having log in difficulties, you can reach out to our support team at agent@middesk.com for assistance.
