• The Department of Economic Security: Takes between 14-50 days to process, approve and return the account details to Middesk. 

The Department of Economic Security does not allow for unemployment insurance registrations to be submitted until the date that the employer pays $1500 in gross quarterly wages in Arizona is reached.
