How do I receive 2FA codes?

Middesk sets up online agency accounts using special "Middesk-managed" or "Midmail" email addresses. These email addresses automatically forward all emails, including 2FA codes to whatever email you have set as the “Contact” on your registration.
If you would like to clarify who the contact is on a certain registration, or have any trouble accessing 2FA emails, please reach out to our support team at agent@middesk.com, who would be happy to assist!
