My login is not working for an agency account - how to fix?

If you are unable to log in to an agency account, you may be using the wrong credentials. First, check to see if Middesk created credentials for you in the Middesk dashboard. Given that many states may have two separate agencies/log-ins, it is important to ensure you are not using the wrong "set" of credentials.

If you are getting an incorrect-password error, feel free to reset the password. If you are being asked to respond to a 2FA code, please check your email—all 2FA codes are forwarded to the contact email address that you have set for the account/registration.
