If you do not answer this phone call, the CA EDD will reject the registration. Middesk does not make unlimited CA EDD submission attempts, so it is essential that you answer this verification call.

When you answer the CA EDD phone call, you will need to verify the following information:

• Registration confirmation number

• Your business' legal name

• Your FEIN

• The primary address for your business

• The mailing address listed on your registration (Middesk's virtual mailbox)

• The last 4-digits of your officer/owner's Social Security Numbers

• Other business details as necessary

Once you have confirmed your business information over the phone, your CA EDD number should be updated within about one week.
