You can create a CO DOR portal account by clicking Sign Up on the CO DOR page. You will need to enter a Letter ID in order to create this account; the Letter ID arrives via physical mail at the primary mailing address provided in the Middesk registration form, if you have lost this letter you can request a new Letter ID HERE.
