Why can’t I get past the owner/officer page in my order?

Middesk’s order forms are dynamically updated based on the state you’re submitting a registration order for. One of the most common points businesses get stuck is on the officer/owner page - due to the fact that all agencies and states have their own specific requirements. 

Given the above, Middesk displays a series of requirements near the top of the page, listed in red and green text. If the text is red, this means that this requirement has not yet been met, and only once you do so and all requirements are listed in green will you be able to advance. 

These requirements relate to matters such as owner type (individual vs. entity), ownership percentages, number of officers, listing certain titles, or more. If you are stuck on this section, ensure that you are meeting all listed requirements, as they are a direct reflection of what Middesk needs to provide each tax agency in order to submit your registration.
