How it works
- Visit app.middesk.com after setting up your account. If you have not yet set up an account, please check your email for an invitation.
- Navigate to the upper-right corner and click on "Settings".
- Select 'Team' from the left rail navigation
- Select 'Add User' and enter in the email of the person you wish to invite.
- Decide on level of access to be granted.
Only admins can invite team members (and modify access).
