All lien filing and termination requests are submitted to the states 24 hours to 48 hours after submitted.
How it works
| Stage | Interpretation |

Pending |
The lien has not been filed yet; you can expect it to be filed within 48h. |
| Filed | The lien has been filed to the state. |
| Open | This is only if search-to-reflect is enabled. In this case, the lien has been filed and Middesk has searched the state to confirm that it was correctly opened. |
