• Lien Search without Docs: this is our lien search product that retrieves all open and closed liens from each state. 
• Lien Search with Docs: this is our lien search product that retrieves all open and closed liens from each state with the documents, text extraction and collateral analysis.

How it works

• Text extraction: Middesk is the only provider using an OCR solution to extract from the PDFs for our customers.
• Collateral analysis: Using our machine learning algorithm, we run the extracted text and determine if it's a Collateral Lien, Blanket Lien or Unknown
