Can I request UCC3 when terminating a lien?

Overview

Middesk offers Search to Reflect as an add-on feature to satisfy proof of termination. 

How it works

• With Search to Reflect, Middesk will automatically confirm the lien was successfully terminated and attach the UCC3 document. 
• If the lien was filed through Middesk and it is terminated, you will need search to reflect enabled and you will automatically receive the UCC3 document.
• If the lien was not filed through Middesk and it is terminated, you will receive a UCC3 termination document as proof via a lien search.
