How does Middesk keep my data safe?

At Middesk, we take our customers’ security seriously. User requests to Middesk’s systems are encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS) using certificates from an established third-party certificate authority. Remote system administration access to Middesk web and application servers is available through cryptographic network protocols (i.e., SSL). Data at rest is encrypted using Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) 256 bit with FIPS 140-2 Level 3 certified hardware security modules.
