Email notifications provide you with important updates regarding the status of your registration. In cases where more information is needed to complete a registration, those information requests are sent to team members who have email notifications turned on.
If you are an Admin on the account, you can manage team members’ email notification privileges.
To turn on email notifications:
- Select Team from the menu in the bottom left corner of the Agent dashboard or navigate directly to https://agent.middesk.com/team.
- Click the pencil icon to the right of the team member’s name in the Team list.
- Select the option to “Receive email notifications.”
- Click “Save.”
To turn off email notifications:
- Select Team from the menu in the bottom left corner of the Agent dashboard or navigate directly to https://agent.middesk.com/team.
- Click the pencil icon to the right of the team member’s name in the Team list.
- Uncheck the option to “Receive email notifications.”
- Click “Save.”
