How long will it take for my registration to be completed?

Registration turnaround times are dependent on each state agency and are generally not within Middesk’s control. Additionally, they may be impacted by factors such as government holidays and COVID-related staffing shortages.

Registration turnaround times vary quite a bit state-by-state. In some states, the registration process is fairly immediate, while others can take 4-6 weeks to complete a registration. The average turnaround time for a state payroll registration is currently around 10 business days.
