To determine an officer's ownership percentage, divide the company's total number of shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding at the time of determination by the total number of shares of Common Stock held by the officer.
For example, for a company with only two co-founders, if each of the two co-founders owns 2,500 shares each with 5,000 shares outstanding, each co-founder has an ownership percentage of 50%.
