Covered Fees
Agent covers state filing fees, up to $800.
Note that for most other fee types it is the responsibility of the company to work directly with relevant state agencies to pay any fees or taxes they may owe. This can include late fees and other penalties, tax payments, and franchise tax filing fees. In some cases, Middesk will obtain customer approval prior to paying on their behalf and reserves the right to apply up to a 10% processing charge in such cases.
