Does Middesk file my taxes?

No, Middesk does not file or pay your taxes. Middesk is responsible for registering your business with whatever state agencies your business has submitted registration orders for, and if required as part of the registration process, setting up your agency online accounts. 

Once this process is completed, Middesk will share the account information with you and your payroll provider. Generally, employers must report wages, tips and other compensation paid to an employee by filing the required forms to the IRS and state agencies.

Your payroll provider will be responsible for filing and paying taxes on behalf of the businesses. This process may require assigning Third Party Authorization, or POA (power of attorney) to your payroll provider, which is not something Middesk supports handling on your behalf.
