How do I get my 2FA log-in code for my agency account?

Middesk uses special auto-forwarding email addresses to set up agency accounts. Every email that is sent to these email addresses is forwarded to whatever email address you’ve set as the “Contact” of your Middesk account, or for this specific registration. Please visit How to update the contact on your Middesk account to learn more on this matter.
If you require additional members of your organization other than the contact to be able to access agency emails, you can reach out to our support team at agent@middesk.com to add additional email addresses to the forwarding list.
